Technical Challenge

Implemented Solution
Intilogy deployed PUIP with Lenovo ThinkSystem servers for on-premises processing and hybrid cloud integration via Microsoft Azure. The solution includes AI proctoring from ProctorU, biometric face matching, and a kernel-level lockdown browser. Fortinet FortiGate firewalls were implemented to block unauthorized access and VPN usage.
For storage and backup, Synology NAS devices were configured to retain exam recordings for 3 years, with Veeam Backup & Replication ensuring data recoverability. The system integrates with the university's existing Moodle LMS via LTI 1.3 standards. A dedicated 10 Gbps network from Cisco switches reduced latency to under 100ms.
